Fifa releases final list for balon d'Or nominaton as 5 times winner Lionel messi for the first since 2006 is found missing in the contest as this time an african is included.  
However awardee of the last concluded uefa
best player of the year Luka Modric, English premier League best player Mohammed Salah and uefa best attacker of the year  Christiano Ronaldo who won the past two edition of the award are the nominees who made the final list

  The Report Floating the internet says that Mr Benedict Benskillz Aidevo who happens to be the Most Popular Candidate in the Forth coming Owan West NULGE Elections and Favourite to Win It, is on the Verge of Being Transferred out of the LGA in a bid to prevent Him from contesting in the election. And the Rumour says it is the Immediate Past LG Chairman Hon. Frank Ilaboya that is behind this plot.
