Fifa releases final list for balon d'Or nominaton as 5 times winner Lionel messi for the first since 2006 is found missing in the contest as this time an african is included.  
However awardee of the last concluded uefa
best player of the year Luka Modric, English premier League best player Mohammed Salah and uefa best attacker of the year  Christiano Ronaldo who won the past two edition of the award are the nominees who made the final list
